It’s actually a whole lot of fun. To each their own, however.

Speaking of people not liking “Easy” difficulty, I’ve seen games where “Normal” was the lowest difficulty. It could simply be a matter of renaming the difficulty levels.
The game has a gap between an undercomplex grindy map painting Risk board game like strategic layer, which is not political at all and a very complex mid/end sim based tactical mid/end game.
I wonder what happens to steam reviews when fans of the early game hit that gap.
There’s definitely a learning curve around there. I think the game needs to do a much better job of helping players navigate it.
